SCLogic Equipment Repair and Return Policy

 

WARRANTY REPAIRS.

All Zebra and Honeywell products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If you have an item that requires a warranty repair, email SCLogic Technical Services at [email protected] or email our operations group at [email protected] for return instructions.

DEPOT EXPRESS HARDWARE SERVICE.

This program is a combination of extended warranty, no-fault free repairs, and provision of loaner equipment and is available for most hardware products we sell. For details, email our operations group at [email protected] or call your Account Manager.

HARDWARE RETURNS FOR REFUND.

Items may be returned to SCLogic for a refund within thirty (30) days of shipment. Unless the hardware was shipped in error, the refund amount is the sale amount less a restocking charge of 15% or $50, whichever is greater, and less freight charges.

Contact [email protected] for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of the box and all packing slips. This number is valid for no more than 30 days after issue, and items must be received within that 30-day period. Items received after the RMA expiration date are ineligible for refund as the equipment manufacturers will not accept a return from SCLogic after 30 days.

Items returned for credit must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind on the item or the original manufacturer’s packaging. The original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside, must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, and static bags.

Non-stock and custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
