The user logs into the RSA WebCRD portal, creates their print/copy request, and hits submit.
The request is received and dispatched to an available printer to be completed. Once complete, the SCLogic API pulls the data into Intra.
A delivery employee picks up the completed job or preps it for shipment, scanning the barcode label to update the status. Once delivered to the recipient, a signature is collected.
Track chain of custody from the initial print/copy request to the job's final destination - email notifications can be sent during any step in the process. Set-up integrated dashboards and reports to show both incoming requests and delivery activity.
