Yes, Intra can integrate with a wide variety of external databases and ERP systems.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE? + -

Most of the installation work takes place remotely. On-site setup and training can typically be limited to one or two days.

HOW IS THE APPLICATION DEPLOYED? + -

Intra is deployed using Microsoft’s .Net ClickOnce deployment model.

WHICH TCP PORTS NEED TO BE OPEN TO ALLOW THE SYSTEM TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SERVER? + -

By default, the Intra desktop client communicates with the server on standard SSL web ports (443) using HTTPS traffic. The specific port is completely configurable.

WHAT IS THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION SERVICE? + -

Intra uses this service to automatically create customizable email messages to alert recipients, users, or managers of routine or exceptional changes in the status of a tracked item.

HOW DO I PERFORM A WARM BOOT ON MY DEVICE? + -

Press and hold down the red power button in the lower left-hand corner of the device until the unit turns itself off. It will then turn itself back on and provide a message asking you to release the button. That’s it! View a video here – http://www.youtube.com/user/sclogic1.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE STORAGE CARD? + -

Turn the unit over, remove the strap, and slide the lock from left to right which will free the battery. Take the battery off and find the opening in the lower right-hand corner of the covering. HOW DO I DELETE RECIPIENTS WITHIN INTRA MOBILE? + -

Intra can be installed on-premise or hosted (by us or you).

CAN PASSWORDS BE SET TO EXPIRE? + -

Yes, if a built-in sign-on is used (username/password), password expiration is configured through an administrative level function of the application. In Windows authentication mode, the application defers to AD/LDAP.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DISK SPACE? + -

We recommend 80 GB as the initial size. Growth is primarily dependent on the number of items processed and attachments stored in the system.
